Culture is very important to the cascade team is built over time. Part of our culture is our commitment to the environment and sustainability so it is exciting for the cascade team to receive the City of Portland’s Sustainability at Work Gold Certification.
Converting a 1930s railcar into our office with a bio-let composting toilet and abundant natural light from over 30 windows, we keep a very small footprint. When using the office, our team often employ sustainable transportation, like biking, skateboarding or kayaking to work.
