Aldrich CPAs + Advisors has helped business owners navigate tax law, wealth management, and complex transactions since 1973, growing into a multi-disciplinary firm with eight offices across the western United States. By 2020, their leadership saw that modern digital marketing—fragmented channels, tighter privacy rules, and zero-click search results—demanded deeper expertise than an internal team could sustain. Discovery & Road-mapping

We began with a full performance benchmark, analytics audit, and audience research. Using third-party data sets and interviews, we built detailed personas for C-suite owners in construction, manufacturing, and real estate—Aldrich’s highest-value sectors. Those insights shaped a phased “crawl → walk → run” plan that balanced quick wins (SEO hygiene, clearer calls-to-action) with big-impact initiatives such as paid media funnels and multi-channel remarketing.

Campaign Implementation

In phase one, we tuned site structure, metadata, and local listings so key searches like “construction accounting firm” and “wealth advisory Portland” could finally surface Aldrich on page one. Dynamic display ads and thought-leadership content pushed brand awareness while a lightweight HubSpot landing-page concept (ultimately deferred) informed future lead-nurture opportunities. Paid search and LinkedIn campaigns then zeroed in on decision-makers, driving them to service pages optimised for conversion.

Early Outcomes
