Aside from a new design, PLF was mainly interested in transforming their current processes to be more efficient for both users and staff. Many of their applications and registrations were still being done via print which made management of all these moving parts more complex and time consuming each year. Our challenge was to transform these lengthly and complex forms into a more aesthetically pleasing and intuitive process for users to follow.
The PLF also produces informative content such as Practice Alerts and books in addition to facilitating various formats of CLEs. The new site allows for admin to create and manage each of these continuing education items while providing the users with a e-commerce-esque shopping experience.
