Strategy

In a world full of opportunities, the battle is won with an effective strategy process. The goal of this phase is to help you define your ideas and ensure we accurately understand your needs. We believe this is an absolutely critical step in establishing your objectives before we begin to develop a solution. Having no strategy is like flying a plane without instruments.

Our strategy phase goes like this:

Step 1: Discovery meeting. Here’s where you help us understand your business process and your goals. We help you discover a direction and realize what’s possible.

Step 2: Screen diagrams. We generate a working document to outline the function and features, screen by screen, and agree on a final mock-up. We both know where we’re headed.

Step 3: Edit requirements. We want to have a clear idea of your business requirements, as well as your timeline and budget. Setting requirements that we both agree upon is essential.

Step 4: Deliver strategy. In this step we look at all the elements that make up the strategy. This might include video, applications, and graphical elements. Now we’re on the road.

After we complete these critical steps, we’ll deliver information architecture, user interface design notes, content outline, workflows and wireframes on all web applications. We’ll also deliver the final budget and timeline. At this point, we’ll have the blueprints and the construction underway.
