We believe this is an absolutely critical step in establishing your objectives before we begin to develop a solution. Having no strategy is like flying a plane without instruments.

Step 1: Discovery Meeting
Here’s where you help us understand your business process and your goals. We help you discover a direction and realize what’s possible.

Step 2: Screen Diagrams
We generate a working document to outline the function and features, screen by screen, and agree on a final mock-up. By the end of this step, we should both know where we’re headed.

Step 3: Edit Requirements
We want to have a clear idea of your business requirements, as well as your timeline and budget. Setting requirements that we both agree upon is essential.

Step 4: Deliver Strategy
The deliverable will include budget, information architecture, wireframes, technical specifications and timeline. By this stage you should be armed with a clear picture in your mind and blueprints in your hands. You should know exactly what to expect in the final product!
