Business Challenge and Objectives: CWD has worked with Salvador Molly's and Vibrant Table, the catering division, for many years. In 2007 Vibrant Table discovered the potential for process efficiency using web applications. With over 250 part time employees working 2-4 events per day, event employee coordination is critical. With only traditional methods in place, such as phone, e-mail and mail, Vibrant Table turned to the web. Whitepass, the CWD project management platform, offered the flexibility to integrate with internal applications and communicate effectively with employees.


Implementation and Results: We started with a strategy phase to help advise the client and deliver maximized budget efficiency. We created screen diagrams and screen mock-ups for each screen. This served as an application prototype, helping the client see the application come to life.
