Our Culture

CWD takes much inspiration from Mother Nature. Our namesake comes from the unique presence of the Cascade Mountain Range—part of the Pacific Ring of Fire. Our homegrown Content and Data Management system is named “Evergreen, ” referring to the beauty that this part of the world inspires in our staff and clients. It is this inspiration that’s a defining component of our brand, and the reason we use natural evolution as a basis for how we think and make decisions:

Everything in nature is driven by a purpose. Nothing is absent from some kind of symbiotic function. The beautiful aesthetics found in nature are a seemingly effortless combination of each of those elements combined. The ultimate form is function.

This philosophy has had a large impact on the outcome of our most successful work to date. Our customers and their end users share this inspiration and we use these guiding principles to remain authentic and true to our commitments. You won’t find us using buzzwords or jargon in an attempt to gain credibility (if you ever catch us using words like “synergy” feel free to call us on it). Like natural evolution, we seek to let our work demonstrate our credibility.
